The Limber Pine Smokehouse & Taberna Story

Open for the first time on April 1991 and recently taken over by Brad Clark and wife Sally Clark. Brad is a Red Seal Chef and experienced in establishments such as Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Sally is originally from Mexico City and with more than 12 years of hospitality background, now host and owners.

Being able to satisfy most, all of our dishes are made to order ,therefore modifications and special request are always available.

European cuisine influenced by the former owner's Ted & Grace Popiel such as Schnitzel, western favourites with hand cut Alberta Beef and local produce as well as a touch of the Latin-American warmth, Limber Pine Smokehouse & Taberna is a tradition for our locals and travellers fusing a combination of marbulous cooking and outstanding service and atmosphere.
